Are the prices listed on the site per person?

The prices listed on our website are always per car, never per person.

Are the prices listed on the website fixed or are there extra costs?

The prices listed on our website are fixed and there are no additional hidden costs. Since ours is a private transfer service, the price is predetermined so you know in advance how much the service you need will cost.

Do I need to tip the driver?

The prices listed on our website include everything so tipping the driver is not mandatory. However, if you enjoyed the service you can let the driver know with a free tip.

What can I do if I can't find the driver on the day of the transfer?

If you can't find your driver on the day of the transfer keep calm and check your phone. You will probably receive a call or message from him. Can I request a car seat for my child?

Of course. Let us know that you need a car seat for your child by writing it in the message space during the booking process.

I left something in the car. Can the driver retrieve it?

Of course.
